Membrii Comisiei au eviden\u021biat necesitatea elabor\u0103rii unui cadru normativ clar, transparent \u0219i previzibil, care s\u0103 ia \u00een calcul mai mul\u021bi indicatori economici. \u201eEste necesar s\u0103 elabor\u0103m un cadru normativ clar, previzibil \u0219i transparent privind mecanismul de revizuire a salariului minim, \u021bin\u00e2nd cont \u0219i de prevederile cadrului UE\u201d, a declarat ministrul Muncii \u0219i Protec\u021biei Sociale, Alexei Buzu \u00een cadrul discu\u021biilor.<\/p>\n<p>Un alt subiect important a fost politica de remunerare a salaria\u021bilor din administra\u021bia public\u0103 local\u0103. Discu\u021biile au eviden\u021biat discrepan\u021bele salariale \u00eentre nivelurile administra\u021biei publice centrale \u0219i locale, precum \u0219i impactul acestora asupra mobilit\u0103\u021bii for\u021bei de munc\u0103. Astfel, a fost reiterat\u0103 importan\u021ba reformei salariale \u00een sectorul bugetar, care s\u0103 contribuie la asigurarea unei remuner\u0103ri corespunz\u0103toare, cu finalizare estimat\u0103 a reformei c\u0103tre sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anului 2026.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, membrii Comisiei au analizat o propunere de modificare a Legii nr. 245\/2006, pentru a introduce o obliga\u021bie clar\u0103 a Comisiilor teritoriale \u0219i ramurale pentru consult\u0103ri \u0219i negocieri colective de a raporta periodic c\u0103tre Comisia Na\u021bional\u0103 pentru Consult\u0103ri \u0219i Negocieri Colective despre activitatea lor. Aceast\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103 are ca scop impulsionarea activit\u0103\u021bii comisiilor teritoriale \u0219i ramurale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cadrul \u0219edin\u021bei, membrii Comisiei au discutat \u0219i despre necesitatea transpunerii Directivei 2008\/104\/CE privind munca prin agent de munc\u0103 temporar\u0103.
